Hikes and tours in Kyrgyzstan, departing from Bishkek

Yesterday we went on a tour to the Barskoon Waterfalls with Intourist and were absolutely delighted! The organization was top-notch: comfortable transportation, an attentive guide, and otherworldly locations! Along the way, we learned so much about the history and nature of this amazing place. A special thank you to the organizers for their well-thought-out itinerary and their care for each participant. Everything was calm, comfortable, and unhurried, allowing us to fully enjoy nature!!!

What an adventurous day with inTourists! It was definitely a wet one but it ended up clearing up for my trek through Alamedin Gorge. The sites were amazing and I am so glad I had my drone. I wish I could have explored more but what I saw was excellent! Definitely worth the money! The tour guides were excellent and the group I was with seemed to have a great time! Ended the day with some marshmellows and hot dogs! Would definitely do another tour with inTourists! (May 2022)

We took a two-day weekend tour around Issyk-Kul and were very pleased with it. The company managed to squeeze a full tour around Issyk-Kul, covering practically all the main sights, into two days without any significant compromises. Everything went smoothly, and we made it to every stop. Of course, this kind of format is fairly intensive and means relatively short stops at each location. But that was exactly what we needed. I honestly can't think of what could have made this tour better, except perhaps trying to include a visit to the wooden mosque and the church in Karakol. That said, you still have a small window early in the morning to visit them on your own.

Unfortunately, a complete disaster! We originally wanted to book a 2-day tour for two people. When it came to payment, we were told no SWIFT transfer was allowed and that Visa Direct would be better. Fine, I signed up with the provider and sent a photo as proof. Then I was told to cancel again and, as an exception, deposit the money in cash at a terminal instead (they even sent videos showing how the deposit works). So I canceled the Visa Direct payment and waited for the payment instructions for the terminal deposit. But no information arrived, so I followed up. The response was that I would receive the information later that same day after 7 PM (the trip was supposed to start at 5 AM the next morning). Unfortunately, nobody got back to me after 7 PM! No payment instructions and not a single update about the trip. Simply no further communication.

we did a day tour to issyk kul and the canyon. it was arranged 5PM the night before without a glitch. very prompt responses both on instagram and whatsapp. the guide Diana and driver Yryskeldi were professional and pleasant. we were the only non russian speakers of the 14 tourists and Diana made sure we were well taken care of with clear communication. it was a long drive/long day and we felt we had a great experience seeing the places we needed to see in such a short time. overall the tour was run cleanly and smoothly and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
