Public Offer Agreement & Cancellation Policy

By purchasing a tour, you enter into an agreement with us. When you pay for a tour, we reserve a spot in the group exclusively for you, potentially turning down other participants, and fully commit to providing all paid services — even if you do not show up or choose not to use them. For this reason, the following cancellation policy applies.

1. One-day tours

A refund or date transfer is possible no later than 48 hours before the scheduled group departure. After this deadline, no refunds or transfers will be issued.

2. Multi-day tours (without border zone permit requirements)

Refunds and date transfers are not available, as organisational expenses (including transport, accommodation, and guide services) are paid in advance.

If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your spot to another person (a friend or acquaintance). Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance so we can arrange the substitution. If no replacement is found within this timeframe, your spot will remain empty and no refund will be issued.

3. Tours requiring a border zone permit

Transferring your spot to another person is not possible, as the border permit is issued individually for a specific passport and cannot be reissued. Refunds are also not available for these tours.

By paying for a tour, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this public offer and cancellation policy.

This policy is drawn up in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Tourism" dated March 25, 1999 No. 34 (as amended on January 10, 2024 No. 6), Articles 4, 5.
