Tour details
Meteostantsiya Peak is a newly opened route near Bishkek, only recently made available for guided hikes.
The final point sits at around 3,300 m and offers sweeping panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and glacial zone.
The trail passes through several distinct zones: conifer forest and alpine meadows in the lower section, steeper and rockier terrain in the middle, and a high-altitude moraine leading to the glacier at the top. This is a demanding route that requires solid fitness and endurance — not a casual walk, but a proper high-mountain trek.
Depending on the season, snow patches are likely in the upper section — microspikes are recommended.
