Tour details
Embark on a true mountain adventure and conquer one of the most rugged and beautiful routes near Bishkek — the high-mountain lake Adygene with Intourists! This trek is designed for experienced hikers and those who want to feel the harsh romance of the Tien Shan, leaving behind popular tourist trails. Our path leads through the famous Ala-Archa gorge but takes us deep into the wilderness where the mountains grow steeper and the air purer.
We will cover about 22 kilometers on foot with an impressive elevation gain of 1400 meters. Along the way, we will visit the legendary Mountaineers Memorial — a place with a special, powerful energy, pass by the Glaciologists' hut, and cross rocky moraines. The ultimate reward for perseverance and worn boots will be a fantastic view of glaciers and the turquoise lake Adygene, hidden at 3600 meters altitude.
